到米國來,第一次有勇氣挑戰這道在台灣時上館子很愛點的糖醋肉,原因很簡單,米國的中華料理都是肉片(裹粉或不裹粉)炸炸、各色醬汁灑灑就可以端上桌了,不僅是業務用的醬汁種類繁多,一般人在超市也都可以買到糖醋醬(Sweet & Sour sauce )、照燒醬( sauce)、咖哩醬(Curry sauce),甚至連海鮮醬(Hoisin sauce)、豉汁醬(Black Bean sauce)、梅子醬(Plum sauce)、泰式辣醬(Thai Style Chili sauce)都可以在米國超市找到,一切都要感謝 Kikkoman—龜甲萬
