話說早安州的秋天,除了南瓜多、蘋果多,就是馬鈴薯多。某日買了太多便宜的馬鈴薯,除了作沙拉跟咖哩外,還得想其他消耗的方式,就想到自己烤洋芋片看看!

方法其實也很簡單,馬鈴薯(中國同學講「土豆」,就是「土豆網」那個「土豆」)切薄片,烤盤加熱後抹一層薄薄的奶油(烤完才不會沾盤),將生的薯片都擺上去,灑鹽跟超市都會賣的義大利綜合香料末,放進大烤箱,烤個5~10分鐘,變成脆脆的,就可以上桌了。

口感很像有機店賣的那種K牌厚片洋芋片,而且含油量可以自己控制,不要太在意電費的話,蠻適合解饞的啦!
