My Recipe: Ginger Beef with Sesame Oil

本來在台灣時就蠻常炒牛肉給貓大爺吃, 不過都是拿青蔥或洋蔥絲去炒,因為天氣冷時才想出用薑絲跟麻油去炒,沒想到味道還不錯。

料理方式也很簡單啦,因為我是懶狗,就牛肉切片加醬油跟米酒醃,口味越重就醃越久,可以加入點沙茶跟麻油更香,想要肉嫩就再加太白粉(因為據說熱量高又不健康,所以草原狗沒用)。薑切絲,筍片或豆莢等配菜類切片或絲。(這裡是用華欣賣的便宜超無味冷凍筍,不然不知道拿它幹嘛好。)

熱油鍋,植物油跟麻油對半,加入薑絲爆香,放入牛肉翻炒,牛肉半熟時加入其他配菜一起炒,都熟了就擺盤上桌囉!

如果有加沙茶醬的,會發現麻油的香氣全然蓋過沙茶的味道,但是湯汁會比沒放沙茶更鮮美,真是神奇啊!(下次拿XO醬試看看....)
